The Student Conservation Association (SCA) and Chugach State Parks (CSP) have joined together to bring out high-school volunteers for some awesome trail restoration work!
WHEN: 3/24/2021
WHERE: Please meet at the North Fork Eagle River Public Use area. This is located at 27718 Eagle River Road on your right side as you drive towards the Nature Center.
WHO: High school volunteers
BRING WITH YOU:
- - Shoes: winter foot wear to keep your feet warm for the entire day outside
- - Gloves and mittens
- - Long underwear, snow pants, insulated jackets, etc
- - Face mask is required to participate
- - Lunch and snacks
- - Water bottle or insulated mug
PROVIDED:
- - Tools
- - Hand warmers
- - Snacks
- - SCA Swag
- - Water
- -Hot Chocolate!
COVID-19: There are inherent risks associated with participation during the COVID-19 pandemic. SCA is taking precautions in line with the CDC guidelines and asks all participants to do the same. If you have symptoms of COVID-19 or have been exposed to someone, please do not participate in our program at this time.
